Returns & home trial

Stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; we arrange and pay for collection. Made-to-order and commissioned pieces are excluded, but we will always find a fair resolution for a defect or a fit problem. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of collection.
